The products/services related to this software are provided to you by Shenzhen Jlink Times Technology Co.,Ltd . 1.2 When you bind this software to your vehicle, we will collect your vehicle's SN code and model. Collecting this information is to confirm the corresponding relationship between you and your vehicle, so that we can provide you with correct vehicle-related services. The aforementioned information is necessary for the vehicle binding function; failure to provide it will prevent you from completing the binding.
1.3 When you use a specific function of HiRidersTo ensure the proper provision of your services, we will collect Your mobile phone information (information related to your mobile phone, including mobile phone hardware model, mobile phone system, mobile phone name, Bluetooth information, Wi-Fi related information, and mobile phone device configuration), vehicle information (information related to your vehicle, including SN code, frame number, motor number, central control version, battery level, and driving speed), log information (operation logs, fault logs, service logs), and location information (country code, city code, geographical location). This information is basic information that must be collected to provide services to you.for example:
1.3.1 When you use location-based functions, such as the riding trajectory function,We will collect your the geographical location information of your vehicle,to provide you with the requested services.The geographical location information of your vehicle is considered personal sensitive information. This information alone or in combination with other information may identify your personal location. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use this service function properly.
1.3.2 When you use the map and positioning functions,We will collect The geographical location information of your vehicle and the geographical location information of your device,This is to help you intuitively understand the positioning information of yourself and your vehicle. You can disable the location permission through your device's system settings. After disabling it, you may not be able to use location-dependent functions such as map positioning and riding trajectory, but it will not affect other basic functions.
1.3.3 When you use other functions that are not based on location information, such as OTA updates, battery information, and other functions, we will collectInformation such as your vehicle's SN code, firmware version, in-vehicle system version, motor number, central control version, battery level, driving speed, fault logs, service logs, and operation logs, to facilitate the normal provision of the services you have requested.
1.3.4 When you use the community function, what you share or uploadthe text, photos, comments, likes, and other information will be stored on our servers, as storage is necessary to implement this function.We will store this information in an encrypted manner, and you can also delete such information at any time. The deletion path is as follows: open the corresponding content page in the community, find the relevant content you posted, click the... button, and then select the "Delete" button. Unless you voluntarily choose to do so or it is required by relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide the above-mentioned information to external parties, nor will we use it for purposes other than this function.
1.3.5 When you use the riding function,We will collectinformation such as your vehicle's geographical location, driving speed, driving time, and battery level,to enable us to correctly record your riding history and provide navigation services.
1.3.6 To provide you with more user-friendly services, this software has integrated some third-party SDKs. Specifically, for details on third-party SDKs and their rules for collecting and using information, please refer to Part IV of this policy.
In addition, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and national standards, in the following circumstances, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without obtaining your authorization and consent:

2.1 The location of information storage
We will store the user's personal information collected within the territory of China in China in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. We will not transfer the storage location of your personal information from within China to outside China.
2.2 The duration of information storage
In general, we only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the stated purposes. For example:
Email account: If you need to use the HiRiders App, we need to keep your email account permanently to ensure your normal use of the service. When you cancel your HiRiders account, we will delete your relevant personal information. Users can log in to HiRiders and then enterMine > Settings > Account & Security > Cancel Account
Geographical location: If you need to use the location - based functions of the HiRiders App, we need to keep the geographical location information of your vehicle all the time to ensure your normal use of the service. When you unbind the vehicle, we will delete the geographical location information related to you.
Operation logs, fault logs and service logs will be retained for 1 year, which are used for fault troubleshooting and service optimization. After the expiration, they will be automatically anonymized (making it impossible to identify user identities).
The information such as texts, photos, comments and likes you uploaded in the community function will be deleted immediately after you take the initiative to delete them or your account is cancelled. If you do not delete them actively, they will be retained during the existence of your account.
When our products or services cease operation, we will notify you via push notifications, announcements, or other forms, and within a reasonable period, delete your personal information or conduct anonymization processing (the so-called "anonymization processing" refers to the process of technically handling personal information such that the personal information subject cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored. Information obtained after
anonymization processing of personal information is not considered personal information.)
